This Privacy Policy explains how Atcloud Systems Private Limited ("Atcloud Systems", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you use our websites, applications, software, platforms, and Services. This Policy applies to Atcloud Systems products including StayNexus, OPERO, and future products.

Account information — Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, login credentials, and account details.
Billing information — Subscription, invoice, transaction, and payment-related information. Payment-card information may be processed directly by third-party payment providers.
Customer Data — Information submitted by Customers through the Services. This may include business records, employee information, customer information, guest information, contact information, and other data depending on how the Customer uses the Services.
Technical information — IP address, browser, device information, operating system, logs, approximate location information, usage information, and diagnostic data.
Communications — Information provided when contacting support, submitting forms, requesting demonstrations, or communicating with us.
Cookies and similar technologies — We may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
2. How We Use Information

3. Customer Data
Where a Customer submits personal data through the Services, the Customer may determine the purposes for which that data is processed. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has appropriate authority to submit such data. Atcloud Systems may process such data to provide the Services. Where appropriate, the parties may enter into a Data Processing Agreement.
4. Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers for cloud hosting; databases; payment processing; authentication; analytics; communications; customer support; security; backups; and infrastructure. Providers may change over time. We require service providers to process information according to applicable contractual, legal, and operational requirements.
5. International Processing
Because we may serve international customers and use infrastructure located in different countries, personal data may be processed or accessed across borders where legally permitted. We will take appropriate measures required by applicable law for relevant international transfers.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for providing Services; maintaining accounts; legal compliance; tax and accounting; security; fraud prevention; dispute resolution; and enforcing agreements. Customer Data may be deleted after account termination according to applicable retention practices and legal requirements.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and Services. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
8. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal data, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or other rights available under applicable law. Requests may be submitted to privacy@atcloudsystem.com. We may need to verify identity before processing a request.

The Services are generally intended for business and general users and are not knowingly directed at children in violation of applicable law.
