Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Atcloud Systems Master SaaS Terms of Service.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Services to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- commit fraud, deception, or financial crime;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights;
- upload malware, ransomware, viruses, or malicious code;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- bypass authentication or security controls;
- conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning or penetration testing;
- interfere with the availability or performance of the Services;
- conduct denial-of-service attacks;
- send unlawful spam or abusive communications;
- harass, threaten, or harm others;
- process personal data without appropriate legal authority;
- use the Services to facilitate unlawful surveillance;
- upload unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content;
- use the Services to develop a competing product by copying protected elements of the Services;
- use automated scraping or extraction without authorization;
- abuse free trials or promotional offers;
- circumvent usage, account, payment, or Subscription restrictions;
- use the Services for activities where failure could reasonably cause death, serious injury, or major property damage unless expressly approved in writing.
Enforcement
You are responsible for the conduct of your Authorized Users. Atcloud Systems may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate Services where reasonably necessary. We may cooperate with law-enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required. Nothing in this Policy requires Atcloud Systems to monitor all Customer Data or proactively identify every violation.
